The Judge’s decision is final. Hard hats of approved current BHS standard to be worn at all times when riding. Dogs to be kept on leads. It is recommended that competitors have adequate third party insurance. The judges decision will be final at all times. PLEASE NOTE: whilst the Committee exercises every care to ensure the safety of livestock sent for exhibition and any other property entrusted to them, it may be clearly understood by the exhibitors and any other persons that the Committee will not be held responsible for the loss or damage to any animal or any other property whatsoever nor for any act or omissions of themselves, their officers, agents, servants or others.
